About Us

We opened Kwanjai California in May of 2021. It is named after my parent's clothing store in Phayao, Thailand. Kwanjai is the Thai word for Sweet Heart and can also be used for "from the bottom of my heart". After helping my parents for many years, I always wanted to open my own store. 

We closed our kiosk at the outlets on December 31, 2023. It's been a great journey. We won't have a permanent location anytime soon, but we will be online and at some events. We will keep you posted on our Instagram. Thank you all for always supporting us. We are very grateful.

This is Kwanjai Phayao clothing store. The man is my papa, and the woman is my mom. They have both been operating this shop since 1993 and are currently still open. I took this photo on February 8, 2024. I miss and love my papa and mom so much. I'm so proud to be their daughter.
